These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CardStack (the "Service"), operated by CardStack Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
CardStack lets you create a digital business card, capture contacts you meet, and manage follow-ups. Some features (extra contacts, drip sequences, advanced analytics) are available on paid plans.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, harvest contact data without consent, impersonate another person or business, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
You retain ownership of the contact and business-card data you upload. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to store and message the contacts you add — CardStack is a tool you use, not a party to your relationships with your contacts.
Paid plans are billed through Dodo Payments, our payment processor and merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; you'll keep paid-tier access until the end of the current billing period.
The free tier is limited in the number of contacts and reminders it supports, as shown in your account. We may adjust these limits with reasonable notice.
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time from Settings. Deletion is scheduled with a short grace period during which you can cancel the request, after which your data is permanently removed. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's deleted and any limited retention required by law (e.g. billing records).
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and features may change as the product evolves.
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, CardStack Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
